To place your order we will need the following information:
1. Purchase order number.
2. Customer number or your shipping and billing addresses.
3. Product order number, product description, pack size,
and quantity.
4. All orders must be confirmed in writing either by
email, fax or regular post.
Shipping: Shipments outside the U.S. are made via Fedex to an agreed
location of choice. U.S. shipments are made F.O.B. Seguin, TX
Special shipping:
Requests for special shipping procedures must be clearly indicated
when the order is placed. Costs for special shipping will be paid for by the customer.
Claims:
Claims for loss of or damage to products are the responsibility of the
buyer and should be reported to Cone Bioproducts within 10 working
days from the date of shipment.
Partial shipments:
Every attempt will be made to ensure that all orders are promptly filled.
When complete orders cannot be shipped, partial shipment will be made
at our discretion. If partial shipment is unacceptable, indication must be
made at the time the order is placed.
Pricing:
Prices subject to change without notification. All invoices are net 30
days unless otherwise agreed upon. Cone Bioproducts reserves the
right to restrict the net terms of sale on Standing Orders based on
buyer’s payment history with Cone Bioproducts.
Discounts:
Discounts may apply if buyer agrees to net 10 or less. Cone
Bioproducts reserves the right to deny discounts based on buyer’s
credit rating and/or purchasing history with Cone Bioproducts.
Evaluation Samples:
Samples for product evaluation may be available for potential bulk
purchases.
Standing Orders:
Standing orders may be placed for your estimated annual requirements
of one or more products.
Custom Orders:
All plans are held in strict confidence. Cone Bioproducts will enter
into confidentially agreements upon request.
Export Orders:
Customers must first submit a credit application for approval. Wire
transfers are acceptable.
Returns Policy:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY CONE BIOPRODUCTS.
All goods must be properly labeled with a return goods
authorization number, which must be obtained from
Cone Bioproducts.
Requests for returns should include:
1. Your name, company and address.
2. Your phone number.
3. The Cone Bioproducts invoice number.
4. The product description and order number.
5. Your reason for requesting return.
Product Quality:
Products with substantiated quality/integrity deficiencies may be
returned for full credit. Cone Bioproducts reserves the right to test a
sample of product prior to authorizing the return of remaining product
and to deny return if, in the opinion of Cone Bioproducts, the product
complaint is a result of specialized or inappropriate usage rather than
a failure of the product to meet Cone Bioproducts specifications.
Shipping error:
Product shipped in error by Cone Bioproducts can be returned for full
credit including freight.
Merchandise ordered in error:
Only unopened merchandise may be returned.
Shortages:
Shortages should be reported to Cone Bioproducts within two (2)
business days after receipt of order; otherwise, the order will be
considered complete.
Unauthorized return:
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Product will be shipped back
to the customer at customer's expense.
Cancellations:
Order cancellations must be made at least five (5) business days prior
to the scheduled shipping date. Orders for custom products cannot be
cancelled after the purchase order is received.
